Oliver started working in his father’s commercial maintenance business when he left university and gained extensive knowledge of dealing with high level executives in large manufacturing plants across the UK. During this time, he was heavily involved in the finance side of the business and found that the most interesting as it was client interactive.
He became authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in 2007, where he joined one of the largest new build mortgage companies. This helped him gain extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and dealing with all types of clients.
A few years later he realised he needed to get a better understanding of the complete marketplace so joined one of Wales’s largest estate agency businesses as a senior adviser. This enhanced his knowledge of the re-sale marketplace and commercial sector.
Oliver then decided to set up ADAIR FS, the company gave him the freedom to offer his expertise to all types of clients. The aim of this company is to have a comprehensive suite of products for both employers and individual clients to ensure we can provide the best service possible.
